The website is the introductory portal of a series of exhibitions spanning across 2021 to 2023 of the prominent Taiwanese contemporary artist Hhieh Chun-Te. The website is currently in the first phase showcasing ‘NEXEN’, the latest of the Parallel Universe Series, exhibiting in the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts.
The design concept of the website is based on the exhibition theme, ‘the Parallel Universe’. Using the Parallax technique achieved by using CSS animation and Javascript giving the viewers the impression of going through parallel universes as they scroll down the pages. Elements appear and disappear as scrolling up and down.
The website is a work in progress. More content and design will be added as the exhibitions evolve into the next phases.
